Nestling amidst the Glens and Mountains and located in the Southern corner of the Spey Valley at 1180ft. The Inn at Loch Ericht has friendly staff and in a quite location. Dalwhinnie is the highest village in the highlands of Scotland. Queen Victoria thought that the historic Inn at Dalwhinnie worth a visit when she toured the highlands, and now with its 27 en-suite bedrooms, split level Dining Room and cocktail bar, upper floor lounge with fully - glazed wall, affording magnificent view over the River Truim to the Cairngorms. The village is the home of the Dalwhinnie Distillery which houses a quality Vistor Centre, with free guided tours and tasting of Dalwhinnie Single Malt Whiskey.
